Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using sangrecollections.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or inventory issues. Payment is required at the time of order unless Cash on Delivery is selected.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Gift Cards & Loyalty Points
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of issue. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program with reasonable notice.
Special Moments & Celebrations
When using our Moments feature, you are responsible for providing accurate recipient information. Reveal links are valid for 90 days after creation. Gift card codes generated through Moments follow the same terms as standard gift cards.
Referral Program
Referral rewards are earned when a referred user registers and completes their first purchase. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All content on sangrecollections.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Sangre Collections and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sangre Collections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
